Telematics Strategy and Benefits Review

Conducted by Consultants from our Professional Services Team the purpose of this review is two fold. Firstly, to understand how an organisation currently manages its mobile workforce and assets, and secondly, to identify the potential opportunities that telematics presents that organisation – in terms of improving performance, reducing costs and sustaining competitive advantage.

The key objectives are to:

1. Appraise the client of the latest developments in the telematics sector;
2. Reveal if and how the organisation could benefit from these applications;
3. Provide examples of comparative implementations to benchmark within the client’s sector.
4. Identify any opportunities for further examination and cost benefit analysis;

Review Methodology

Depending upon the organisation the review typically takes the form of structured interviews with divisional/functional managers, and usually at least one full day workshop facilitated by Eagle-i’s Consultants.

Presentation

The output of the review is delivered as a short Executive Summary and presentation.
